Billing

Monthly billing in USD, in advance, for active patients on your clinic roster when your invoice is prepared. Staff and removed patients do not count. The volume rate applies to every active patient. No minimum charge and no mid-month charges or refunds for roster changes. Your subscription renews monthly until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Applicable taxes are additional. Safety features are never withheld for billing reasons: crisis support, the safety plan and care-team messaging stay available to your patients at every tier, nothing they have logged is ever deleted, and they can always read their own history. If your clinic does not subscribe once its pilot ends, your patients keep using the app and move to the free tier, where cloud backup, the AI features and the connection to your dashboard stop until someone subscribes.
